1. No Refund After Purchase
Once the course is purchased, no refund will be issued because:
- All course videos, documents & resources are accessible immediately
- Digital content cannot be "returned"
- Lifetime access is activated instantly
2. Exceptions (Only if the following occur):
Refund may be considered ONLY if:
- You were charged twice for the same order
- Payment was deducted but access was not provided
- A genuine technical issue from our side prevents access permanently
All refund decisions are solely at the discretion of First Class Crew.
3. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
Refund requests will not be considered if:
- User watched/downloaded course content
- User tries to misuse or illegally share course material
- Payment was made using unauthorized methods
